Weapons License
Go to LSPD at Pershing Square (Red Square Over it)
Use /enter to enter LSPD at Pershing Square (Use /enter over the Icon, Red Square over it)
Go to the Middle of the Front Desk, It should Say the Words and Command. You will Need 50k (50,000.00)
Car License
Go to the Building in Market (It has a Red Square over it)
Use /enter to enter the Building (Go over the Icon and Use the Command)
Go to the Icon inside, The Message will tell you the Command and Price. You will need 25k (25000.00)
Flying License
Go to the LV Airport, Go all the way South-West and See a Building.
Go to the Icon
The Message Should Say the Command and Price. 40k (40000.00)
