This is useful for organization leaders that wishes to change vehicle colors, donators for their donator cars and also for other things I cant remember in the rush

Also, 0.3 versions got unquine colors too, just as Ryder requested to be added with f.eks. /color and then it changes the car color to that ID. I could upload images of the 0.3 color chart later when I get more time
