M4 got removed from Ammunation like Mp5, cuz it was unrealistic that anybody with a gun license can walk around with heavy arms.

If you want to get an M4 you have to purchase it llegaly from an Arms dealer, or steal it from SWAT.

As SWAT is a Heavy armed special Forece, they have M4, it is like in Real life.

First OMG why the hell swat get every thing?! what with CIA ?! and now nothing at shop!! and if I see someone with weapon license and have mp5 and m4 arrest him or what?
