in my opinion, only the Guns in ammuantion are legal (in rp way, not in server's way).
a gun purchased by an arms dealer is illegal and a reason to arrest i think.

Dont you know how it works in real?? You are allowed to wear the weapon, but not have it visible. I think USA is the only country where this is allowed.

Just keep it in your ass so Cops can't do anything to you , you shouldn't run with it around like crazy because cops will react then...

I would think basically this rule is correct.

But if you Frisk somebody and find a Gun which is not buyable from Ammunation, i'd suggest arresting him or revoking at least the gun and warn him orally.
If you carry a legal gun which is buyable in Ammu, and u get frisked and its found, you can't be punised for it (as long as u got weapon license)

But as M4 and mp5 are concerned to be military rifles, even s.b. with license shoul't have them, thats my opinion and would make the whole **** more realistic. In ammunation there only are guns for Civilian self-defence or hunting sports. And only they are Legal. (this is the most realistic way)

You cant even know where he got his guns from. The guns bought at ammunation can be bought much more cheaper at a arms dealer and you cant know where he got it from. But ofc, if he got heavy weapons and arent in any law enforcement, you may want him for it, only if you see he got the gun. Also, running straight to a random guy and frisk him is also not allowed. Think I will add /frisk so it only works with /handsup. We'll see how much its getting abused

No you must arrest him even if he has a license the license is for having the right to actually be seen by the law holding a gun except if its an AK M4 or MP5 because only law enforcers can legally use them.

You cant arrest him for having a weapon he bought at ammunation as long as he got his license and dont show it in public

i dont think we can /want for having guns which u can legally buy at ammunation, though he got them from a dealer cuz we cant prove it.

But when he has a gun which could obviously only been drom a dealer (or stolen from law enforcment), we must react.

PS: sayaron: there's a problem with /revoke and /frisk and all those things.

i think /cuff, /revoke and /frisk should only work with /handsup OR (for revoke and frisk) when Suspect is cuffed.
And /cuff should also work when not having /handsup if suspect is tazed.
